英國GRIMM格林進口井用潛水泵概述：

英國GRIMM格林進口井用潛水泵結構說明： 

1、進口井用潛水泵為離心式或混流式；采用水潤滑軸承；與電機的聯接采用聯軸器剛性聯接。泵葉輪在電機帶動下旋轉產生離心力，使液體能量增加經泵殼的導流作用進行提水。在水泵上端設有逆止閥體，防止電泵停機時，因揚水管中倒流的水損壞工作部件。閥上有泄水孔，可將管路中的水緩緩放掉，防止冬天凍裂管路。(注：低揚程潛水泵不設逆止閥體)
2、電機為密閉充水濕式結構。電機定子繞組采用耐水(耐熱)的聚乙烯絕緣，尼龍護套多層結構的(耐熱)電磁線。導軸承及推力軸承均采用水潤滑材質。電機內部充滿清水，用以冷卻電機和潤滑軸承。電機底部裝有調壓膜，用以調整由電機溫升引起的機體內清水的脹縮壓差。電機的上端軸上裝有防砂機構，用來阻止水中泥砂進入機體內部。
3、管路部分：用以聯接電泵使其吊裝在機井中，將水輸送到地面上去。主要由短輸水管、輸水管、彎管、夾板等部件組成。短輸出管是輸水管路與電泵的連接過渡部件。彎管安裝在井口處，以改變水流的傳送方向。夾板是在電泵的安裝過程中吊裝和固定輸出管路。

1、電源要求：
(1)額定頻率為50赫茲，電機端額定電壓應保證為380±5％伏的三相交流電源(若用戶電壓為660伏時需特殊定貨)。
(2)變壓器負載功率不應超過其容量的75％。
(3)變壓器距井較遠時，應考慮輸電線線壓降，對功率大于45KW的電機，要求變壓器到井口距離不超過20米。對于高揚程潛水電泵，由于輸電線較長，必須考慮壓降損耗，要求輸電線規格比配電纜規格大兩個等級。采用單臺變壓器供電，要求變壓器輸出電壓400V-440V。
2、水質要求：
(1)一般無腐蝕性清水。
(2)水中含沙量不大于0.01％(質量比)。
(3)酸堿度PH值在6.5-8.5范圍內。
(4)水中氯離子含量不大于400毫克/升。
(5)硫化氫含量不大于1.5毫克/升。
(6)井用潛水泵對水溫不高于20℃。耐熱潛水電泵對水溫要求不高于100℃。
(7)不含有油類。
3、井筒要求：
      正直、光滑、不得有凸起或井管錯位現象，井內徑不小于相應的機座號。

1.The submersible pump for the well is centrifugal or mixed flow. The water lubricated bearing is adopted. The coupling of the motor and the motor is connected by a rigid coupling. 2.Water quality requirements:

(1) General non corrosive clean water.

(2) The sediment concentration in water is not more than 0.01% (mass ratio).

(3) PH value is within the range of 6.5-8.5.

(4) The content of chloride ion in water is not more than 400 mg / liter.

(5) Hydrogen sulfide content is not more than 1.5 mg / liter.

(6) The submersible pump for the well is not over 20 centigrade. Heat resistant submersible pump for water temperature is not higher than 100 degrees.

(7) Contains no oil.

3.Wellbore requirements:
